Purchase of the API-, HPI-, and HSI-goods:

Features: Prefix API stands for AI Painting Image. These AI paintings were jointly created by ES and his AI virtual assistant (ESAG). Prefix HPI and prefix HSI stand for Human Painting Image and Human Sculpture Image, respectively. These human paintings and human sculptures were created by ES before he created ESAG (on 16-Jan-2021) and ESNA (on 16-Mar-2021).

This group of digital goods are souvenirs made from the original AI paintings. There is no copyright issued or licensed to souvenirs. Please refer to the "Buyer's Guidance on Copyrights of Artworks at the ES&AG AI Art Studio" for more detailed information.

Prices: Prices of this group of goods are listed in the “AI-Art Catalogues of API, HPI, and HSI of the ES&AG AI Art Studio (Issue 1.0)”. Online purchase facilities are available at the Shop of this nline gallery.

Random discount program: Discounts to as low as 50% of the listed prices for the API-goods and to as low as 10% of the listed prices of the HPI- and HSI-goods (i.e., the prices listed on the “AI-Art Catalogues of API, HPI, and HSI of the ES&AG AI Art Studio (Issue 1.0)”) will be offered to reward active visitors of this online gallery. Randomly selected %-discounts (in the above-stated ranges) on randomly selected goods from the API, HPI, and HSI types will be offered within randomly selected a few short spans of time (typically not exceeding 24 hours per promotion) every month.

Prefix APML stands for AI Painting Master with License. These AI paintings were jointly created by ES and his AI virtual assistant (ESAG). Prefix HPML and prefix HSML stand for Human Painting Master with License and Human Sculpture Master with License, respectively. These human paintings and human sculptures were created by ES before he created ESAG and ESNA.

Unique feature: A unique feature of this group of digital goods, commensurate with their prices, is the copyright licensing arrangement, passing on to the buyer(s) the nonexclusive user-right for reprinting, reproduction and/or further use(s) of the respective artwork(s). This nonexclusive user-right is automatically granted by virtue of completion of the purchase. Prices and viewing: The prices of this group of digital goods are listed on the "AI-Art Catalogues of APML, HPML, and HSML of the ES&AG AI Art Studio" which is posted in the Blog section.

Currently, there is no direct exhibition of the APML-, HPML-, and HSML-goods at this online gallery. This is to discourage the copycat versions of the APML-, HPML-, and HSML-goods to be generated by infringing actions such as screen downloading / printing. Consequently, there is no button available for online purchase of these goods either.

Essentially, as illustrated by the diagrams above, an APML-good is simply the unframed / uncropped / original version of the API-good on exhibition. The same is true for the HPML- and HSML-goods. Special one-on-one appointment(s) can be made, on request(s) of serious buyer(s), for an online preview before a purchase of the APML-, HPML-, and HSML-goods is made. An online purchase button can be added (ad hoc), once the buyer has decided to purchase.

Structured discount program: Price discount incentives are also offered to multiple-item buyers of the either the APML-goods or the HPML-goods, or the HSML-goods, in a single purchase. The discount is structured in multi-layers with an increment of 10%. For example, buyer can perform a single purchase of multiple items and enjoy his/her structured discount as following: first APML-item at the listed price, and the second APML-item at 10% discount, and the third APML-item at 20% discount, and the fourth APML-item at 30% discount, and etc.

A buyer has complete freedom to structure his/her purchase with the least expensive item first (i.e., at the listed price), and purchase of the most expensive item last (i.e., to enjoy the deepest discount), or to any other form to suit his/her purpose.

Such a multi-layered discount structure is applicable only within either the APML-goods, or within the HPML-goods, or within the HSML-goods, not across different types. To enjoy the structure discount, the buyer(s) need to contact ES via. the email listed. An online purchase facility can be added (ad hoc), once the buyer has decided on the bundled purchase.

The random discount scheme and the structured discount scheme are mutually exclusive. In other words, a buyer can choose to enjoy either the random discount or the structured discount during any purchase, but not both simultaneously.

Purchase of the APPM-goods:

Prefix APPM stands for AI Painting Primary Master. These AI paintings were jointly created by ES and his AI virtual assistant (ESAG).

Unique feature: The unique feature of this group of digital goods, commensurate with their highest prices among the those listed for digital goods from this online gallery, is the transfer of the pseudo-exclusive copyright, passing on to the buyer(s) the pseudo-exclusive user-right for reprinting, reproduction and/or further use(s) of the respective artwork(s). This pseudo-exclusive user-right is automatically granted by virtue of completion of the purchase. Please refer to the "Buyer's Guidance on Copyrights of Artworks at the ES&AG AI Art Studio" for more information, if needed.

An APPM-good shall be sold only to one buyer. Once it is sold, it shall be removed from the "AI-Art Catalogue of APPM of the ES&AG AI Art Studio" permanently. In addition, to respect the transfer of the part of intellectual property, the same APPM-good shall also be removed from the "AI-Art Catalogues of APML, HPML, and HSML of the ES&AG AI Art Studio" so that no secondary master copy shall be sold either.

These are to ensure that only one buyer in the whole world will have the pseudo-exclusive right of reprinting, reproduction and/or further use(s) of the respective artwork(s). Formally, the copyright shall be retained by the original author (i.e., ES in this case) of the artwork(s) to allow him to publish his researches and/or to incorporate the image into the design of future artworks.

On the same token, once an APPM-good is sold, and if its APML version was listed with any one or multiple of third-party art-dealer(s) (e.g., with Artnet, Artsy, and ASI), the ES&AG AI Art Studio shall work with the third-party art-dealer(s) to delist the APPM-good immediately.

Furthermore, even if an APML-good is sold, the availability column of corresponding APPM entry shall also be changed from Yes to No on this catalogue (i.e., on the "AI-Art Catalogue of APPM of the ES&AG AI Art Studio").

As a value-added option, we offer to issue to the buyer of an APPM-good a unique code of 100-digits, to certify the transfer of the pseudo-exclusive copyright. This unique code is designed to help the buyer to protect his/her acquired pseudo-exclusive right (of reprinting, reproducing, and etc.) in the event of infringement(s) and if the pseudo-exclusive right holder wants to recover financial losses and to hold the guilty party accountable, since the unique message encoded into the 100-digits will be made known only to the pseudo-exclusive right holder. The copyright violator(s) won't have access to this piece of information.

Additional technicality and/or legality details, if requested by a potential buyer, can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
